1. Appointment scheduler
If any portion of your business processes involves meetings with customers or clients, you’ll go less nuts coordinating via streamlined platform than by exchanging a million emails.
Calendly’s the simplest option. We use Squarespace Scheduler, which is a bit more robust. But, also, Google Calendar has recently added an appointment scheduling feature for a small monthly fee.
2. Chrome Internet Browser
If you’re still using Safari… Y’all, it’s time.
Chrome’s extensions and bookmark capabilities save our lives. We spend a fraction of the time on repetitive tasks.
Same goes for your phone—download the Google Chrome app, and enjoy all of your bookmarks, passwords, and saved pages synchronized across devices.
3. Email Labels
Easiest method for Marie Kondo-ing your inbox.
Within Gmail, add a label for each new client or project, and once you’ve dealt with a corresponding email, house that communication under its respective label. Inbox will be emptied and future access with be easy. Small wins are good for the brain, people.
4. Image Background Remover
If you’re often in need of background-transparent files for making graphics, etc., but not big on Photoshop, behold—three easy alternatives:

5. Email Widget
iPhone users—save your brain and turn off email notifications.
Rather, add a widget to your home screen linking to your inbox. That way, you can easily monitor the appearance of important names or content, but without the relentless distraction.
