A simple and quick exercise for reflecting on 2024 and in order to make strategic decisions for 2025! I LOVE this practice; it’s been so helpful to me over the years. I would recommend setting aside about an hour to complete this exercise. You simply make notes of things you want to start doing, stop doing, do more of, do less of, and keep doing in 2025.
